Volunteer Information

If you are going to volunteer for a party please click the Volunteer Online link located on the Front Page of the website. You can also find a link under the Social Events section of this site.

Instructions for completing the Online Volunteer Form

The volunteer form is straight forward, fields maked with a yellow asterick are required for submission of the form.
Please select a task from the list below and enter that information in the Task Volunteering For: section on the form.

Party Set-up
Grill
Ticket sales
Food service
Soda sales
Beer and wine sales
Clean-up
Miscellaneous (where needed)

Finally, enter your phone number or other contact information, the times you are available in the Additional Contact Info: section of the form and click the send button. It's that simple!

The information you provide us will be emailed to the BBT social director. Someone from BBT will contact you before the party either by phone or email to confirm that you are still available to volunteer.
